Abstract:

As the e-commerce industry continues to grow, there has been an increasing demand for courier services from consumers. However, the courier service industry is faced with various issues such as the difficulty in remembering courier numbers and the cumbersome inquiry processes. Therefore, this paper introduces a courier inquiry system based on names and courier numbers, which aims to provide a more convenient and efficient query service. This system generates personalized inquiry links and inquiry QR codes, allowing users to easily query courier information by inputting their names and courier numbers. Furthermore, the system offers various functionalities such as courier tracking and archive inquiries to meet the diverse needs of users. Experimental results have demonstrated that this system effectively enhances user query experience and satisfaction levels.
